Composed of a large living room and 3 bedrooms, our family home has been renovated in a holiday spirit! Located on a plot of 4000m2, planted with olive trees and 10 minutes walk from the central square of the village of Maussane les Alpilles, you will appreciate the calm of this place in the heart of an authentic Provencal village. 

Maussane les Alpilles is ideally located near the main sites of Provence and the Camargue: Les Baux de Provence 10 ', Arles 20', Nimes / Avignon / Pont du Gard 45 ', Saintes Maries 50'. 

Lovers of nature and sports activities will be conquered (hiking, cycling / mountain biking, golf, climbing).


The house of 90 m2 is composed of a large living room of 40 m2 with a new fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds + drawer (sleeps 5), a bathroom and a garage with washing machine.

Outside, covered terrace with barbecue, large garden, field of olive trees. For your moments of relaxation, we make available our
some leisure facilities (petanque balls / ping pong table / balloons and a bike).

Wunderbar gelegen
Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit einem großen Garten, zu dem auch ein Olivenhain gehört. Und doch kann man zu Fuß mehrere Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Feinkostläden und Restaurants erreichen. Wer die Alpillen liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Nous sommes revenus dans cette maison où nous avions déjà séjourné l année dernière. Nous nous sentons comme chez nous. Maison au milieu d un très grand terrain planté d oliviers. Nous allons faire nos courses à pied au centre de cette petite ville dotée de nombreux commerces. Bien sur, merci à Romain et à bientôt.

Séjour agréable dans un secteur très calme. Maison simple, propre et bien équipée. Pièce principale à vivre spacieuse. Village très sympathique avec une belle place sous les platanes où il fait bon flâner. De quoi faire aux alentours avec une situation centrale.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
Nous avons passé 17 jours dans cette maison. L accueil a été très chaleureux. La maison, située au milieu d un grand terrain planté d oliviers, est très spacieuse et très bien meublée et équipée. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Située en sortie du village, nous allions faire nos courses à pied. Le centre ville est proche, nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants. Comme nous venons très souvent dans les Alpilles, nous reviendrons.

Très belle location
Très belle location, dans un cadre magnifique. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et très propre. Le cadre et le jardin sont formidables. Tout est fait pour le plaisir des vacanciers. Si nous revenons à Maussane, c'est sans doute là que nous voudrions reprendre la location. Merci et ne changez rien !

Ruhiges, gemütliches Landhaus in Nähe zum Dorfleben.
Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Kommunikation funktioniert sehr gut. Haus gemütlich und geräumig. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind perfekt. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Die Lage genau was wir suchten: Ländlich, ruhig und doch nahe zum nächsten Ort. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren oder Ausflüge in den Naturpark les Alpilles oder die Städte Nimes, Arles und Avignon. Auch die Carmarque ist nicht zu weit weg.

Très Bon séjour et petites attentions
La maison est chaleureuse et très lumineuse avec une cheminée ce qui est très appréciable en hiver. Nous avons passé un séjour à 2 familles de 4 personnes, les pièces sont spacieuses et la cuisine bien équipée sans compter le jardin et oliviers. On se croyait à la campagne et pourtant nous pouvons rejoindre le village à pied en qqs minutes. Le propriétaire ainsi que la responsable de la location ont été plein de gentilles attentions et sont très arrangeants. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons Vivement un passage dans cette maison pleine de vie !! Cathy and co
