The villas have a view of the water and/or the marina and have a large wooden terrace with furniture. This luxurious, stylish, and detached holiday villa for six guests offers an exceptional water view. Designed with privacy, high comfort, and a spacious hardwood outdoor patio, it has everything needed for a fantastic stay by the water.
This single-story villa is situated right by the water, offering stunning views. The high ceilings and large glass windows create a bright and open atmosphere. Inside is a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a dining area for six, and a flat-screen TV—a perfect setting for spending quality time together. The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator-freezer, built-in stovetop with an integrated extractor, combination microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a full set of cookware and tableware for six.

 Arrival and Departure:Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Guests are asked to return the key at the designated location upon departure.
Booking Requirements:Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment, with final payment required before arrival.Weekly rentals are mandatory during peak holiday periods; otherwise, daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays.
