"Loved everything about it, at first. Check in-great/easy. After check in, needed to use the clothes dryer. Once found, it only took quarters. Went to front desk to get quarters. Miss Not so Friendly Now, said w attitude, I had to have cash for change. Even though I had a credit card on file for incidentals, is this not one? I had no cash on me. In a "do everything on your phone" world, I could not use a dryer in one of the world's largest hotel chains. Not happy. "

"The staff checking us in was very nice. Unfortunately we arrived after the storm of the century where they had gotten 6 inches of snow which never happens. The hot water was not working at the hotel- as well as other places in Sulphur due to the storm. The breakfast was amazing though- lots of great choices. One of the best La Quinta spreads we have seen. "

"Just stayed one night. Check in process was easy. Upgraded our room because the one we booked was sold out. Way better experience than the last one we had in Port Arthur at Days Inn. Great customer service all around! Room was very clean. Once we arrived to our room we received a call from the manager to make sure we found everything okay.
