"Wonderful host and a perfect house and garden. All enclosed and safe so our dog was very happy. The town of Uzes is only a few minutes walk away from the house so it was very convenient for all the bars and restaurants. Don’t miss the huge Saturday market, best in the area. "We had a wonderful stay with our kids and their grandparents at the house and Jan and his family were there to greet us and couldn't have been nicer. The house and property are in a great location for peace, quiet and beautiful nature! There was lots to do with Anduze and Alès being so close and the house was great to spend the day at as well! Nice hikes, swimming in the pool, BBQing, reading in the hanging chairs and dinners over looking the mountains was so relaxing. We highly recommend this...

"Lovely setting with large, rambling gardens over many levels. Great swimming pool with lots of sun loungers. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative is that house is split over many levels, with lots of staircases and we didn’t get this impression from the website."

"Patricia and Jerome are wonderful lovely hosts yet discreet. The accommodation is nice and modern and was perfect,everything needed for our holiday including the pool. Some beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area."

"Easy walkable access to historic and beautiful Uzes sites and downtown. Our host couldn't have been more helpful, making us feel welcome. Perfect for couples or families. Our only quibble is that while there are two bathrooms, only one has a toilet. Would happily stay there again "

"We were happy with the villa. Many mod cons and space. We enjoyed our stay. Improvement recommendations, there were no plastic glasses so I went and got some for us as it’s not safe to have glass near a pool. And you have to drive your recycling to a site but there were no addition bins to hold this during the week so we had to drive to a recycling bin every day. Would have been better with plastic glasses provided and some bins to help store the rubbish in different categories so we could take...

"We truly enjoyed our stay with Sylvie & Francois. Lovely owners being very responsive und caring. The house is small but very well done. Nothing is missing, kitchen and bathroom are top-notch. The garden and pool are superb. You can visit Nimes from here with public transport, by car or bicycle ( we brought them). Clearly recommend this stay and we look forward to coming back."
