The bathtubs need the drains cleared out and free of hair (won’t work. You need to take the plug out and pull the hair out of the actual drain). "This property was very clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen utensils, bathroom and laundry. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and tv's. WiFi worked great. The hosts responded quickly to any questions and were pleasant to work with. The garage was heated and secure. I would highly recommend this place to others and would stay again. "

"The beds are absolutely awful. The master bedroom mattress was like 20 years old and had no structure left. The bunk bed was very unstable/shaky, so we could not use the top bunk and the person in the middle bunk couldn't move without waking up the person on the bottom bunk; and it also had uncomfortable mattresses. The location is great. Next time I'll stay in another chalet. On the surface it was clean, but it needs a deep clean under furniture, etc. It also needs a few more kitchen...

"Well equipped kitchen, comfy couches, and easy access to all things Government Camp and Mt. Hood. The murphy bed was a treat and we pulled the single bed into one bedroom so kids could share a room together. The loft bedroom has a surprise bathroom (!!). Beds were all very very comfortable."

"The condo was very nice and clean. It was very convenient to have a few food items, such as vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. It was also super nice that we got to check in early. The furnishings were very nice and updated. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. My adult children said the twin beds were uncomfortable. The biggest downside was the neighbor sharing a wall, played the music so loud the bass was reverberating. If that was also a guest, then it can’t be helped."

"Be aware the floors are not soundproof whatsoever. We were kept awake both nights by guests above us. Sad that for a luxury condo they skimped on sound proofing. To their credit the vacasa after hours text number was responsive & polite. They eventually were able to get in touch with our loud upstairs and ask them to stop running and jumping (after midnight).
