Aloha!

We recently acquired our home shortly after discovering how amazing Molokai is. This home is a place we enjoy coming to frequently and on occasions, a place we could work from home. We are glad to welcome guests like you when we are not there. Our Molokai home is a simple studio ground floor unit with a queen bed and it is in a great location, just right by Kepuhi Beach and easy walking distance to many beaches in the area.

We have started on our remodel projects this year so currently, our guests can enjoy our recently updated/ new kitchen and appliances. We have plans to continue to remodel other areas of our home but in the meantime, it is a perfect place to escape where you can enjoy a breathtaking view, be close to many beaches and experience that laid back Hawaiian retreat. It is relatively a quiet place with friendly people. People come out to the beach during Sunsets because it is magical!

We have basic amenities and an Ultra-fast wifi (400 mbps). If you are looking for a more economical stay and have a true eye for nature and simplicity, you will enjoy it.

It was a very positive experience overall! Owner was responding in a matter of minutes, so all questions were resolved quickly. Everything that you would expect from a condo like that is there, including the views. The most buildings of kepuhi resort are deteriorating, but they are not visible from this condo. This is a good place for a quite and remote vacation.

The property was exact as listed. Owner very responsive but was unable to have light and ceiling fan fixed. Luckily i was able to borrow a fan from another owner in the community. I definitely will return for a longer stay next year!

Paradise vacation
Beautiful and clean condo on Kepuhi beach. Short walk to the beach and pool that is right on the ocean. Watching whales breach and play was a bonus ! The views are amazing and I was visited by peacocks right off the patio! I must also mention the friendly and helpful people here, from the moment I stepped off the plane to shopping and mingling with owners and guests at the condo. Molokai is the best kept secret and I can’t say enough about this slice of paradise…truly an amazing experience and I am blessed to have been able to visit.

Kitchen had modern appeal. Furniture old with exception of outside patio furniture. Questionable as to clean sheets. I slept on clean towels instead. Unit needed good floor cleaning; along with dusting to get rid of cobwebs and spiders. Toaster oven tray was very dirty--wouldn't use.The bathroom really needs updating and questioned its cleanliness. Could hear people upstairs talking clearly. Had to find Mgr. to help excess remittance into unit as key code wasn't opening. It needed new batteries. Mgr stated had happen before and was asked to change batteries. Not his job. It took about 8 tries befor the door unlocked! Frustrating. The pool by ocean is attractive as well as beach. A number of buildings in outer area are boarded up causing bad imagine to overall property. Overall it was OK property with a beautiful beach; although I didn't use.

Plumbing is set for blowout
The p-trap at the kitchen dispos-all popped off. I cleaned the smelly mess and discovered the wrong plumbing parts were assembled with strange adaptations. I reassembled it three times with the same result: bursting open. I didn't want to wait for a plumber to use the sink or be interrupted in our stay. I figured out how to cut the pipe and re-attach backwards with only drips into a pan. I was willing to show the problem to a plumber on our departure day but the host set a sooner time for the interruption. When he was an hour late I went surfing. Upon return, I saw he only added putty to my patch, so it is set for failure again.

SUPER SPECIAL
Milly was awesome! The place is as stated on VRBO! And the location was perfect for us! I needed a place to rest prior to swimming KAiwi Channel and then a place for my hsband to sleep overnight till he caught his flight back to Oahu to meet me at some point the next day on Sandy's Beach! Thank you for the fantastic communication and patience with me and my team as we had to narrow down the swim window! Thank you!! Hope to be back! Maybe not swim this time, but just to relax and enjoy magestic Molokai! -Terri

Dirty but great location
I’ll try to leave a balanced review. The positives are that the location is great, the towels and sheets were clean and they provide a Brita water filter and stainless steel pans. The negatives are the kitchen and bathroom are moldy, there were cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere and the space hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. I messaged the host and she did get someone in to mop the floors but other things like the cobwebs and moldy debris under the kitchen sink were not attended to. She kept messaging they plan to remodel- which missed the point that I wasn’t asking for granite counters- just that the space be clean. I don’t like feeling like a can’t touch anything without needing to wash my hands or that I’m standing in a mold closet while showering. To each their own I guess. The price is really amazing for this unit - definitely the cheapest you’ll find at this location. In retrospect we should have stayed somewhere a little higher priced or just camped and used the showers at the beach!

Endless Sunsets
Great value, great views and a great place!! Quick walk to the beaches and the pool was great for a cool off. Ceiling fan pushed plenty of air and the place has great ventilation. The evening/sunsets do get hot on the porch, nothing cold drinks won't fix. Well be back, Thanks a bunch!!

wonderful 20th anniversary vacation
This cute little condo was perfect for our getaway to celebrate 20 years of marriage! My husband and I are adventurous souls and we loved exploring the many private beaches around the west coast and venturing over to the east side to do some snorkeling and relaxing - Milly was quick to respond to any questions we had but the trip was just amazing!

This is a great little condo in an AMAZING location with PREMIUM VIEWS. Budget friendly and Milly is a GREAT host. I’ll be looking forward to visiting again and again!
