"The property was very nice and well managed (many people on the island told us it was the best on the island). There was a little bit of a dampness problem (the bedroom smelled a little bit moldy or something), but I think its because they are overwatering the garden right outside the bedroom. The space was clean and very comfortable. We did not rent a car for our trip and I would say that was a mistake. Highly recommend renting a car. "I've been to Hawaii 22 times and this is the worst trip I have ever been on. Roaches in the room. Pesticide burning my eyes. No cars available to rent. If it wasn't for the locals when I arrived, I would have had a terrible time finding and getting into my room. Lack of info provided. Beach was muddy water. Not what I was hoping for. John"

"Really enjoyed the location and going to so many places with very few people. Excellent hikes close by. The buildings and pool must have been incredible in their glory days. Luckily we were on the top floor as the walls are thin and there was a very loud kid next door. The other side had a very quiet full time tenant. The place needs curtains that close and a better fridge door though the fridge worked perfectly. The view made it and the person who corresponds was wonderful and so helpful!"

"Molokai is the anti-Hawaii protagonist. Sleepy, simple, inconspicuous. Stay at Kepuhi and one of two tuinfs will happen. Hate it or love it. We loved the location atvthis former grand Sheraton resort. The grounds are still well manicured, the pool tidy, the nearby beaches spectacular. Our upstairs condo unit with ocean view was compact, a little dated but overall suitable for 90% of guests. We loved having self-prepared dinner sitting at the balcony. Host Tom was sincere and accommodating....
