"The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food."

"Diego was a great host, super communicative and responsive. The check in/out and arrival process was a breeze. We adored this special house, with its epic forest views and solid book collection. We somehow slept 14 hours the first night, something that hasn’t happened in over twenty years. The bed and pillows were just so comfy and it was so quiet there! We loved the private hikes on the property; it was fun to explore and hang out by the river. The nearby town had more than everything needed, and we were able to explore Alerce NP and Petrohue falls about an hour away; it was easy to get to Puerto Varas and Fruitillar as well. We hope to return one day to this special place!"

The bed very comfortable. The shower hot with good water pressure. Internet very fast. Also the hotel provides all the facilities for the guests to prepare their own food. I highly recommend it"
