This comfortable holiday apartment for up to 4 people is located in Mauerbach in Lower Austria, on the outskirts of Vienna in the western part of the Vienna Forest. The apartment is modernly furnished and features a living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with hot tub, a separate toilet and a washer and dryer. The outdoor pool is located in the enclosed garden (in use from May to September). Parking is available directly under the carport
The small and charming town Mauerbach is located just 15 km from the city centre of the Austrian capital Vienna, in the middle of the Vienna Woods Biosphere Reserve. The wonderful wooded landscape with numerous beautiful hiking trails and cycle routes is perfect for an excursion, a break or a short holiday. The Mountainbike Trail Centre Vienna is located in the immediate vicinity, where even experienced mountain bikers can get their money's worth. In Mauerbach and the surrounding area there are numerous restaurants and bars, supermarkets and other shopping facilities such as the Auhof Center Vienna shopping centre.

In summer, the public outdoor swimming pools Wienerwaldbad in Purkersdorf, Höpflerbad in Vienna, the outdoor pool in Pressbaum and the bathing pond in Laxenburg with 3 jetties, 2 beach volleyball courts and 17,000 m2 of sunbathing area offer plenty of bathing fun! For a relaxing wellness experience all year round, visit the Therme Wien Oberlaa, featuring various pools, a 3,000 m2 sauna area and a separate children's section. Alternatively, explore the Römertherme in the beautiful city of Baden, which offers pools with a total of 900 m2 of water surface along with a variety of saunas, steam baths and infrared cabines. Both thermal baths can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the house and the nearest underground station (Hütteldorf station) is closeby (appr. 5 km), which offers a Park & Ride with a direct connection to the underground station!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
