"The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. "3 of us stayed here for a weekend and it was great! Very clean and lovely inside. Kim was a great hostess and very responsive. This charming house is a short walk to downtown Matthews which had a lot of cute restaurants and shops. "

"This place is a nice spots for family getaways I loved it ! Especially it being my first time & I had my 2 year old and 4 year old with us. Be mindful not to book during major holidays but other than that it was better than a hotel and it had boat rental options I was highly impressed. "
