"Fire was lit prior to us arriving and what a joy that was to step out of the wind and rain into a warm cosy cottage! Lovely open spaces, calming light filled and cleverly renovated cottage. "Cherie is an amazing host. She accommodated our request for a late check out and was very helpful throughout the process (it was my first time booking on bookabach). The property is very spacious with plenty of sleeping options (double bed, 2 single beds, sofa bed, and a sleepout for 2 persons). The heating panel kept us warm and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need for a short stay. The view from the deck is beautiful (on the bay) and it is very pleasant to have...

"Loved our stay here. We could easily walk to town and the house was nice and warm. The house had a well stocked kitchen should we have needed it. Lovely linen through-out the house. We really appreciated the owner leaving the heating on so the house was warm when we arrived - really kind."

"We texted and spoke to Elizabeth on our day of travel - as we were traveling late. She guided us to her place; as the numbering of houses on her street are a little unusual. No worries found the house and its a beaut. Things upstairs and heat pump on and what a nice clean house this is. Could potentially sleep 8. Everything is there, sheets towels . . . Perfect relaxing get away
"Myself, hubbie and fur baby came for a 3 day long weekend and it was just perfect. We basically hibernated as it was the middle of winter so very nippy but the heating was excellent and kept us toasty and warm. We loved roaming the land around the property and it was super safe for the pooch to cruise around. Short trip up the road to Raglan township where we went each day for brekkie, explore, walk, shop and to stock up. 100% would recommend a stay here and we would come back (plus the hosts are really lovely as well)."
