"We just returned from a week-long vacation at Le Taha'a. It was like visiting paradise! We stayed in a beachside villa with a private plunge pool and garden as well as a private beach facing the lagoon. The grounds were immaculately landscaped with gorgeous flower arrangements everywhere. There is incredible snorkeling right next to the resort and plenty of kayaks/snorkel gear to borrow. It was the perfect place to relax by the beach during the day and stargaze at night. If you are visiting on a Tuesday night, be sure to go to the Polynesian show and buffet! Many thanks to the manager and staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!"

"The property is beautiful and the overwater bungalows are well maintained! Breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint either - very good selection of a wide variety of items. Staff at the resort were underwhelming unfortunately in terms of service. This started with my pre-arrival communications with their concierge, which was consistently delayed and slow on Thalasso’s end. This only continued during my stay at the property. Many staff at the pool and restaurants didn’t even speak or understand fluent English. Due to their poor communication skills, they never extended to help in any capacity like providing towels, bringing water, checking in, etc. Overall pretty mixed experience. Expected much better service given how nice the property is. "

"Our stay at the Mai Tai Polynesia was amazing. There were no over the water bungalows available online when we booked a reservations but something opened up when we got there and Julia assisted us with upgrading. She was very kind and so helpful. It was so worth it. There are coral reefs right below the bungalows and we were able to snorkel right from our deck. The customer service was amazing. The rooms are large. The food is good. They have free kayaking which we took advantage of and there is a coral garden right across the lagoon from the resort that we kayaked to several times. We saw turtles many rays lots of fish right from our deck. It is also located a five minute walk from Matira Beach the only public beach. It had wonderful snorkeling and was not ever crowded. I highly recommend this resort."

"We were very happy with our stay at St Regis. From the moment we stepped on to the yacht to take us to the island till we fly out we were treated with luxury. The staff were next level in friendliness. Our personal assistant Chloe was absolutely amazing for us. Our canoe breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant staff were always on hand to please and the food was always delicious. The Lagon restaurant and 727 Bar were exceptional and the view of the mountain sunset was spectacular. We couldn't fault our holiday in any way, and we plan to return. A big thank you to everyone there, you are all truly a credit to your organisation. "
