Découverte des Côtes d'Armor
Gîte très agréable, très bien équipé, avec des surprises: deux poules au fond du jardin, pondeuses assez régulières! Propriétaires très accueuillants , de bon conseil pour les visites à faire. Grand jardin clôturé; idéal pour notre cocker... ou pur des enfants. Matignon est un beau village, avec commerces et restaurants. La mer est à quelques kilomètres (Saint-Cast), avec à proximité des sites comme le Cap Fréhel, Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo... et Cancale et ses huitres!

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans le gîte les Hortensias et sommes très satisfaits pour diverses raisons: -gîte conforme en tout point à la description, -Accueil sympathique et efficace, -Confort et équipements du gîte au top, -Situation du gîte qui permet de découvrir cette partie de Bretagne, bref tout va bien notre séjour fut excellent.

concernant la location rien a dire tellement tout est parfait.spacieux propre.calme.les proprietaires sont des personnes charmantes tres a l ecoute et de bons conseils.noubliez on pas les poules qui nous ont fait apprécié les oeufs frais .c etait un depaysement complet.nous souhaitons revenir si possible.rien a dire sauf 10/10 cordialement mr et mme peiffer

La location est charmante et Matignon est une belle petite ville.
Nous avons adoré se gite, il y a tout à proximité, les magasins,les marchés, les plages magnifiques et des habitants sympas. dans la maison il ne manque rien, et l’extérieur et agréable. Les petits enfants ont adoré s'occuper des poules, avec les œufs ils ont pu concocter une pâte à crêpés qui a régalé toute la famille. Les huit jours ont passé trop vite mais on envisage d'y retourner.

Situation centrale
Le logement est très bien situé, tous les endroits touristiques sont proches, il ne manque rien dans la maison et la gentillesse de la propriétaire est encore en plus. Demeure complètement rénovée avec un rapport prix qualité excellent. Petit conseil pour les gens qui désirent aller dans la région, hors saison période fin Mars: C'est mort, trouver un restaurant ouvert en soirée relève d'un défi. Encore un grand merci pour le caramel au beurre salé, un vrai délice.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, très bon accueil avec en plus du caramel offert genereusement part les propriétaires. Il ne manque rien dans ce logement, très propre et fonctionnel. On s y sent bien. Proche de tous commerces sans utiliser la voiture.Acces rapide aux différents sites, magnifique région à refaire.

We have just had a fantastic week here. Extremely well equipped (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, dvd player & some English TV channels). Lovely enclosed garden with sand pit for the children. Very clean and feels like a home rather than a holiday home. Brilliant location. Matignon is a lovely town, big supermarket 2 minute drive away, post office, convenience store, cafes etc in walking distance. Beaches are very close and beautiful. We had great weather so stayed very local as so many beaches to choose from! We will come back. Thanks for a great stay.

TRES AGREABLE LOCATION
Je conseil vivement cette location de vacance qui est très agréable à vivre. On s'y sent vite comme chez soi. Le descriptif est réaliste, la plage est bien à 4 km et les photos reflètent exactement la location. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très aimable. Encore merci pour le cidre et le caramel au beurre salé fait maison.

charmant gîte idéalement situé
Belle maison avec une très grande pièce à vivre, énormément de vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine, de ménage, de jardin... Bref on est limite mieux que chez soi ! Il y a un jardin privé ainsi qu'un 2ème jardin dans la continuité qui est partagé avec la location d'à côté. Une place de parking privative à la porte ainsi que d'autres places communes. Nos amicaux ont été également bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a gâtés avec plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Le village comporte tout ce qu'il faut : traiteur, boulanger, supérette ouverte également le dimanche, marché, supermarché à 100 mètres, centre commercial, café et restaurant... Et le point de départ vers les belles plages et chemins de randonnées. Bref on y retournera à la première occasion !

Gîte agréable, tranquille, tout confort
Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Location vraiment très pratique, au calme tout en étant dans le centre bourg. Chambres lumineuses. Jardinet bien abrité nous a permis de déjeuner au soleil, au mois de mars ! Faire ses courses sans prendre l'auto, et flâner le mercredi matin au marché hebdomadaire quel Bonheur ! Ballades, découvertes, côtes découpées avec cette Mer d' émeraude, une région où nous reviendrons ! je garde précieusement d'adresse de ce gîte.

Bonne adresse à Matignon
Gite très agréable. Confortable et pratique, il est tout indiqué pour des vacances en famille. Le jardin privatif est un plus non négligeable et le jardin commun avec le bac à sable est parfait pour les enfants. Les petits commerces et le supermarché à proximité achèvent de faire de ce gite un lieu de villégiature idéal. Un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux, la bouteille de cidre et le caramel au beurre salé.

Schöner Ort, ruhig und zentral gelegenes Haus mit eigenem eingezäunten Garten, nette hilfsbereite Vermieter, fußläufig zum großem Supermarkt, guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern (Autoanfahrt nötig), schöner - Sandstrand in der Nähe ( vor St Guildo, am Ausichtspunkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß ) Fazit: Alles Super
