"One of the best resorts I ever stayed in. 1- The service is incredible, the people here are amazing and it ia humbling how great the treatment is. 2- They went above and beyond to provide services that we requested even if not available. 3- The food is great and the experience is special 4- VERY SPECIAL RECOMMENDATION: DON'T MISS TASTE OF ZANZIBAR, amazing culinary experience. 5- The place is quite and relaxing with great views. "Hotel was closed for renovations and they didn’t inform us before we arrived. We had to look for an alternative place to stay at night and Expedia was not helpful either with finding another hotel. I would never recommend this place because of the lack of communication and inconvenience caused! "

Она все подтвердила и написала что будет ждать водитель в аэропорту и номер для нас готовы и подтверждены !!!! но по итогу нас никто не встретил, а когда мы приехали в ее отель поздно ночью - нас никто не ждал и все номера были заняты .... ПРИШЛОСЬ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО ночью искать себе жилье......"

"This property was amazing, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! It was clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. The staff was great, the chef made amazing meals, the property manager (Donna) was really great - she set up tours, dinner reservations and gave us some great recommendations for activities and things to do. "The hotel is well staffed and are always happy to help. The hotel and accommodation is very clean and is constantly kept clean. The pools are warm and relaxing. The Masai on the beach are warm and welcoming but can be a little full on at times, but hotel security are great at moving them along if you want to be left alone. The food and entertainment are fabulous and range if all inclusive drinks are great. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and food. I never go back to the same hotel, but this is one I would consider returning back to. "
