"We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights in this amazing beach front property. We absolutely loved it. Very remote and private. The beach was stunning and all to ourselves (occasionally someone came along the beach) and the night sky was so dark it gave extraordinary views of the stars. We loved having the cows right ne t to us in the paddock. The home itself is a little small but has everything we needed and we were very happy with the amenities and felt very comfortable and at home. We enjoyed grilling and having the hot tub. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive even about silly things like me wanting to pet the cows. We absolutely loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer. Great hosts and amazing home. "

It is a very short walk to the shops, restaurants and waterfront of Whakatane. Friendly helpful person on reception. Definitely recommend staying here. "
