"This was our favorite stay of our many weeks' trip throughout Portugal. It is a charming European style hotel with a modern twist. It felt like a home away from home. The staff was so very friendly and knowledgeable about Tomar and surrounding area. The hotel is situated on BEAUTIFUL grounds that we strolled several times during our stay. This is a place to enjoy and refresh, and we can't wait to return one day."

"This was a wonderful stay and location. Our check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The view from the hotel looking out at the castle at night was stunning. The hotel is also right off the main street and we walked to the old part of town in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend and we'd stay there again. "

"We booked two rooms overlooking the square. Each room was clean and very comfortable. The only odd thing is the glass wall to the bathroom. We are not used to this type of openess. Didn't ruin our stay but definitely a thing to think about if sharing a room with someone your not married to. Could get weird quick. The hotel was centrally located as well and close to the knights Templar castle. Overall, it was a great stay"

"Everything was great. The people working there were so nice, especially Eva, she was so friendly and sweet, really enjoyed meeting her. Fatima and the others were also very helpful and nice. Definitely plan on returning to this hotel in the future. Loved the rooftop!!!"

"Loved the location of this place. The room was lovely although the air con was turned off at a certain time and heating was turned on. I did struggle to sleep the first night due to this but the hotel did provide a fan at least "

"Best stay of our whole trip. Beautifully restored property, with lovely Juliet balconies, extremely comfortable rooms, spacious shower, and nice historical design touches. Breakfast was great, especially homemade apple cake, and fantastic customer service (s/o to Vasco in the reception). "
