"Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. "We love this hotel and have been here many times. It’s simple in terms of decor. Our bed this time (rm 403) was the most comfortable we’ve had. It’s a small room, not for too tall people as an alcove. Best location, super staff, lovely bar and outdoor seating, less than a minute to the Monastery and all the best restaurants."

"Our overall experience was good, although there were some things that needed improvement, such as making us wait an hour and a quarter to get our room, which is to say at 4:15 p.m. and data protection was not respected, as I received marketing from other services on my personal cell phone.
