"This hotel was in a great location. It had great views of the canal. The hotel was a little old (like most buildings in Europe) however they had kept it well and it was clean. The best thing about this place, besides the view and location, was management. On the day of check out we needed to leave our suitcases there until 10:30 pm, since we were catching a late bus. "The hotel is located in a very noisy area. In addition, there was graffiti at the entrance and a pack of people hanging out across the street partying in the middle of the day. I did not feel safe at all despite assurances from the staff (who were friendly and helpful). I was even going to change my train ticket to leave later in the day so I wouldn’t have to leave the hotel in the dark but alas all trains were fully booked. The bathroom had a shower but no shower curtain or glass partition....
