O que me deixou mais decepcionada foi a falta de entreterimento no próprio hotel. Essa história de a noite ter show na vila é totalmente fora dos padrões de resort. Primeiro porque não há sequer lugar para sentarmos, depois, shows desestruturados, sem qualquer contato com o público. Pessimo. Horrível. Então, é um hotel “all inclusive”. Para mim, falta muito para chegar num padrão resort. Além disso, as bebidas são ruins na beira da praia, ou seja, os drinks vão piorando (do lounge melhores, bar da piscina caem a qualidade, bar da praia, pessimo). Deveriam manter os mesmos em todos, uma vez que, não é raro quando queremos manter a bebida que estamos tomando. Outro fato que é de suma importância, é que vcs não se preocupam em li limpar a praia que seus hóspedes (mal educados) sujam. Sei que isso é um absurdo, ninguém deveria deixar a praia suja, mas deixam e vcs não limpam. Da até nojo ficar na areia. Por fim, meu esposo caiu na escada de acesso à praia porque a madeira está completamente incluinada. Em 30 minutos 3 pessoas caíram no mesmo local.

Razoável,o hotel mesmo ciente de se tratar de periodo de feriadão(carnaval),não disponibilizou colaboradores suficientes para o grande número de hóspedes. As bebidas eram de qualidade mádia,apesar do alto preço da diária,e a comida de média qualidade. O quarto necessita de manutenção constante,ao que parece não se faz há tempo.

Atendimento Péssimo
Resort está necessitando de uma reforma, mas o pior foi o atendimento. Chegamos 13h, meu filho estava doente, eles não autorizaram acessar restaurante antes das 14h e o quarto antes das 15h. Expliquei que ficaríamos 1 semana, que saímos do RS às 2h da manhã...... Não deram a mínima atenção, vendo que a criança estava no colo, chorosa, com febre..... Fora que de madrugada, fomos fazer uma mamadeira, não conseguíamos entrar na copa baby, minha esposa foi até recepção às 5h, o recepcionista mandou ela ir lá na copa que estava aberto, que ela devia ter errado a porta, desceu novamente, fechada, retornou a recepção e falou que necessitava de um cartão, aí o recepcionista se deu por conta que há na recepção um cartão de acesso a copa baby, isto já era passado das 5:30. Fora outras situações, infelizmente é a pior avaliação que realizei até hoje. Certamente não voltaremos.

A qualidade está caindo!
Inicio essa avaliação pelo check-in, o qual falta funcionários para atender uma fila extensa em um ambiente que não tem ar condicionado. O resort está na categoria de all inclusive, porém, não tivemos o direito de almoçar quando chegamos e nem na saida. Solicitei uma explicação sobre essa regra na recepção, mas nao obtive resposta. Tambem presenciei mal cheiro no lobby bar e por fim, cardápio do almoço e janta bastante simples.
