Nice Place but very noisy at night
Pousadas are very nice,comfortable,great beach, but very,very noisy because of music at vila da praia square,if you have kids avaid posadas,~If you like to have fun and nightlife thats great place.

the worst experience ever. the place is dirty and looks like it´s going out of business. we were hungry because there were no restaurants in the complex. we left one day early because we couldn´t deal with it anymore.

Foi muito boa. Na verdade, as pousadas estão fechadas e fomos acomodados no Ala Terra, um dos hotéis do Resort. O atendimento foi ótimo, as acomodações muito boas e a alimentação muito farta, de excelente qualidade e muito variada. Somente a limpeza do apartamento deixou um pouco a desejar, tendo que acionar o serviço todos os dias para a troca de toalhas, higienização do banheiro e colocação de amenities.

Estive na Pousada ha exatamente 1 ano. Tivemos a grata surpresa de ficar no resort porque a pousada está fechada. Eles estão reabrindo ais poucos. Ficamos na ala terra. Achei que a variedade de comida diminuiu e a parte que fiquei mais chateada foi ter acarajé somente um dia. Ano passado tinha todos. O apto do resort é amplo, cama gigante, bastante confortável. As bebidas estavam ótimas, com o destaque para o espumante e a cerveja Bohemia.

Decepção.
Os quartos das pousadas são extremamente simples e necessitam de manutenção urgente. Inicialmente fomos alocados na Pousada Pelourinho, quarto super antigo, piso de madeira com cheiro muito forte, chuveiro quase não saía agua, cortininha no lugar do box! Mudamos para a Pousada Carnaval em um apartamento com piso frio, o cheiro forte melhorou, mas as instalações continuaram precárias. Ao abrir a pia, toda a água corria para o chão (a equipe de manutenção consertou), o chuveiro continuou com pouca água, o box dessa vez era de vidro, mas não fechava. Foi o pior local que já nos hospedamos. Café, almoço e jantar extremamente simples também. Falta equipe para recolher pratos e copos nas cadeiras das piscinas, no final do dia ficavam todos espalhados, com uma aparência de sujeira e desleixo. A área da praia possui cadeiras, guarda-sol e um bar que serve bebidas e petiscos, foi o melhor espaço que encontramos. Gostamos da Vila da Praia e dos shows noturnos. Há restaurantes, bares e lojas, mas alí tudo é pago a parte. No segundo dia pedimos para mudar para a ala Premium e queríamos pagar a diferença, mas não deixaram pois seria somente uma diária. Fomos obrigados a ficar nas pousadas mesmo.

Nao ficamos na pousada, pois na hora do check in recebemos um upgrade para o resort ala terra. O resort é otimo e podíamos andar por outras alas, sendo a ala água a melhor para piscinas e petiscos.

Foi bom ter conhecido Costa de Sauípe, apesar de não atingir as minhas expectativas, equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos. Apesar do fato que aconteceu na saída os funcionários da portaria do Complexo perderão a autorização de entrada do transfer que contratei para me pegar, gerando um transtorno bem desagradável. E o outro problema é de gastronomia deixa muito a desejar.
