"Great location, great host"

"De Tulpenacker was the perfect home away from home. Beautiful, clean, and peaceful with tidy gardens of blooming flowers everywhere and a lovely view of farmland across the canal. The owners are so kind and friendly and helpful and the space is really lovely. The location is wonderful for getting away but a car is really necessary to get around as there is not transit from this area. We really loved it here and cannot wait to return!"

"From the booking process throughout our stay Kim was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. The home was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The only small complaint we had about our stay, and this had nothing to do with the home, is that all but two restaurants in town require reservations. Made it slightly difficult to find a meal after returning from our daily activities at unscheduled times. Again, not on the host, more a comment about the area in general!"

"Best last minute choice we made! Flew in for a convention at RAI and wanted to stay away from the city. It was a perfect 25 minute drive with beautiful scenery as well as so peaceful. The vacation rental was amazing! We have been using VRBO for years and this rental was in the Top 5! It was brand new, on a canal, overlooking the water. Everything you need is close by. Groceries, restaurants, etc. Thank you for sharing your place with us."

"It was a perfect place for our needs. It's close to Amsterdam and Schiphol but it's quiet in the evenings. It was nice to return to a clean, cozy, and well-equipped apartment at the end of the day. The in-unit washer and dryer were a big plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinners. It was a perfect spot for our excursions."

"Beautiful area if you enjoy biking and exploring the countryside. The accommodations have everything you need to be self sufficient and are a central location for day trips into major cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, or the Hague, however a car rental is likely a necessity."

We arrived after traveling all day tired and didn’t realize we would need to do this as well.
