"I had read a few negative reviews about the Ibis Styles after booking, so I was apprehensive, but my experience was brilliant! The check in process was quick, even though there were 6 couples ahead of me, the staff were helpful and friendly and communal areas were clean. There are no signs for the lifts/elevators but the staff pointed out their location. The room was also clean, tidy and spacious, especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we could set our own room temperature for comfort. We slept with the windows slightly ajar, however, were not woken up by any traffic noises. The shuttle bus was good and ran on time, however, could do with a clean inside. I would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely perfect for my visit to Utrecht. So convenient being just a short walk from Centraal Station. The Staff are so helpful and friendly I will definitely be visiting again. Special mention of Sonika on reception who was the best!!"

"Great place to stay. Large rooms, very comfortable, plenty of coffee available. Breakfast included is pretty comprehensive, only thing missing was some bacon. The breakfast area feels a little crammed at times but it is a big hotel. They encourage you to think about a breakfast slot to avoid over crowding. Staff are all very helpful. We were given complimentary drinks because we didn't use housekeeping. Loads of shops in the area and transport connections are excellent. "

"On my first night there we found the aircon didnt work and we was cold all night, we found the room filthy under the bed, but after complaining about this and showing the proof the manager gave us a big discount, little did we know our next hotel let us down and we found we had no wherd to go for the next night, but the manager of this hotel helped us with 2 single rooms as that is what was left and gave us the big discount and a little more to help us out. For a new hotel they are still learning, but they have great customer service and the manager was so friendly and helpful."
