"The hotel is new and unfortunately some services were not open but in general the hotel was great. The only negative is the rooms were not sound proof and our suite was right next to the pool pump room, you could hear it all night. Still an excellent stay otherwise"

They said they fixed it. but unfortunately the air conditioner was still blowing cold air. we woke up at 5 in the morning with our teeth chattering. we looked for a blanket in the room. unfortunately there was none. we called the reception. unfortunately no one answered the phone to ask for a blanket. we are very sick today. ogaz varicose fever and our bones ache. we came on holiday, we got sick, we are freezing.sore throat and fever . "
