The 100% independent accommodation consists of a bright, quiet 75 m² loft, far from the street, you will be awakened by the song of birds.
Terrace with private garden facing south, covered, furnished with table, chairs, and clothes line
Night lighting to be able to enjoy dinners outside.
Pictures faithful to reality, show a large living space with no less than 3 sofas (actually 4 with the sofa bed) around the 127 cm (50 inch) TV with Home cinema, blu-ray, French and English channels , Italian, Spanish, sporting, musical, news H24.
Free and unlimited WIFI connection.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, traditional oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, complete with the necessary utensils.
An electric kettle, a Bialetti Italian coffee maker and a washing machine complete the package.
I specify that coffee, tea, sugar, oil, (olives) vinegar, (balsamic) salt & pepper, as well as the liquid for the dishes are provided free of charge during the stay, short or long.
Guests will also find mineral water, milk and brioches for breakfast the next day upon arrival.
A large table for comfortable meals.
The charming corner bedroom has an extra-large bed of 160 X 200 cm and the convertible sofa, opening with a snap of your fingers, has a bed for 2 people of 140 X 190 cm.
The private bathroom is complete with bath, bidet, magnifying mirror, phon.
All bath towels & bed linen are provided as well as spare for longer stays.
In the bathroom you will find shampoo, toilet paper, shower gel, soaps.
The accommodation is also equipped with an iron & ironing board as well as any cleaning utensils.
In short, a very pleasant accommodation, ideal for a couple with children or 4 adults.
In front of the house, free public parking is available.
400 m from the RER B & C station for Paris as well as all shops on site.
By taking the RER station footbridge you also get to the TGV station.

Very nice property
This property had the best shower we'd seen since arriving in Europe! It was very clean and spacious. Joe was a wonderful host. The only bad thing was having to wake up Joe to check out when our plans changed since we needed to hand him the key personally.

Toller Ausgangspunkt um Paris zu entdecken
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz das wir weder französisch noch englisch sprechen, konnten wir uns gut unterhalten. Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, es gibt eine abgesperrte Umlage, einen sicheren Stellplatz fürs Auto. Der große Bahnhof ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen und man ist in 30 min mitten in Paris. Der Marktplatz am Bahnhof bietet viele tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und interessante Gerichte zum mitnehmen, zudem ist dort ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Insgesamt hatten wir mit unseren beiden Kindern eine schöne Zeit, das lag auch an dem großen Raum der eine tolle Atmosphäre schafft.

Sehr schön!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Man kann hier gut parken und Paris ist mit dem RER gut zu erreichen. Bahnhof und Supermarkt können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Wohnung/das Loft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz. Besonders schön ist der kleine private Garten bzw. Terrasse und die Spielgeräte, die unseren Kindern im Garten zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

En allant à Massy, on ne s'attend pas à voir un studio aussi grand, spacieux et neuf que celui ci. Rien n'a été laissé au hasard. Joe est très compréhensif et sympathique. On a même eu droit a des croissants chauds surprise un matin :) C'est avec plaisir qu'on reviendra !

Merveilleux Séjour
Le loft est vraiment merveilleux avec son jadin privé, son espace de vie très spacieux et sa salle de bain très agréable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons même eu plaisir à être confiné :-) Joe a aussi fortement contribué à nous sentir si bien par une attitude très avenante et de nombreuses petites attentions qui font la différence, c'est un hôte qui a le sens du détail et des choses bien faites.

L'appartamento, comodo e spazioso, rappresenta un'ottima base per visitare Parigi.
