"Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice."

"The property was spotless, very clean and beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking, and the parking made it very easy to unload your car.
