This charming 1 bed apartment set upon the top floor of an old charentaise barn is nestled above the ponds and meadows in the hamlet of Servolle next to the Mas Chaban lake. Set amongst this ancient restored farm it is now a private and peaceful retreat which includes all the modern amenities to keep you comfortable. It has a light and spacious living area a breakfast balcony over looking the ancient well and beautiful private garden for enjoying the surrounding nature. A haven for cyclists and walkers it is also an excellent spot for fishing and other water sports including paddle board and canoeing which is all a few minutes walk away. If you are looking for a lovely retreat to get close to nature and enjoy the outdoors this is for you.
