"I loved this place. Well located and luckily very well lit (there was a ton of fog when I arrived and their large, well-lit sign made all the difference. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very elegant. There is a stunning view of Mt. Etna, and their chef is excellent. Can't wait to come back! "

The location itself was beyond lovely - situated amongst the vineyards, peaceful, and easy driving to Mt. Etna. Parking was convenient - a small lot across the road from the property. "This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine organically and the way he has updated making process while maintaining the history and heritage was fantastic, well worth it. We liked the fact that a restaurant is on site and their pizzas are great. We were lucky to be there on Guiseppe’s birthday, he had a pool party with food and wine and we were invited to join and enjoyed the evening especially as Etna was erupting in the distance and was a sight to behold, not to mention the wine was fantastic. We will definitely stay again "

"We were looking for somewhere peaceful to unwind, away from the madding crowd, to enjoy good food, sunshine and relaxation. This property ticked all the boxes. It is very remote (which is what we wanted) but the nearest shop or civilisation of any kind is several miles away so definitely not recommended without a car. For a peaceful and beautiful location though, it is highly recommended."
