We had a fantastic relaxing week. Visiting a few beautiful chateau’s. Great location just a few miles from the motorway, in the fantastic French country side. So access to the surrounding towns and villages are easy."

"I stopped in Masseret at random, as I was driving down to Occitanie. I arrived late, and during the Covid pandemic, and the receptionist offered me a reasonably priced evening meal in my room, which was delicious. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant, with an excellent view of the tower across the street. A very pleasant experience over-all. "Pluses: location, friendly neighbours, great spa and shower. Minuses: no WiFi or internet, no upstairs toilet. Enjoyed watching the stars in this peaceful location. Yannick was a very pleasant host and freely admitted that he spoke no English. Fortunately I speak French. Would we return? Undoubtedly."

"We had an excellent stay - booked by chance - and will certainly return. Excellent hosts, great room, lovely setting. Not planned but accepted the offer of an evening meal that was superb and perfect after a day of driving. Again the breakfast was first class and was a shame to leave after just the one night. "

They had limited English but between my limited French aswell they explained everything we needed to know . We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay . Throughout our stay they were next door so if we needed anything were available. They changed towels and sheets during our stay and took away our rubbish .
