"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"This was a great town to visit. The BB Luna has some great Michelin star restaurants in walking distance. Make sure to not park across the street on weekends because of the local market. In Addition the gps brings you across the street. Search BB Luna when you get in the area. The host was one of the most thoughtful people and he was always making sure our stay was great. "

"Fantastic views and very comfortable! Cozy cottage and quiet stay. It was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults aged 24-86! It was exactly as described and the host Mario was wonderful- made himself available to answer any questions we had. Wi-Fi, parking and the 3/3 bed/bath was exactly what we needed. The killer views and quiet neighborhood were a perfect! "

"Barbara has a beautiful property - such care and so helpful from arranging a balsamic producer tour to putting out fresh eggs and beans for us. The property is stunning and the pool area gorgeous- a MUST to stay in a fantastic area with being central to so many places - do not miss this wee gem"

"El Apartamento está excelentemente ubicado y es muy limpio. El único problema que tuvimos es que nos habían ubicado en el tercer piso y a nuestra edad resulta complicado llegar si no hay elevador. Afortunadamente, Ana (the manager), atentamente nos ofreció otro apartamento en el primer piso que, aunque más pequeño, nos resultaba más accesible. Gracias Ana."

"We are just back from a lovely 2 weeks holiday. The apartment was very comfortable, the gardens and pool were just superb, lots of space. Barbara the host was just so kind and lovely. Easy to get to loads of places and the small village had great pizza places. We highly recommend a stay here."

Carla ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. "This was an incredible home! It was absolutely beautiful! The host was very accomodative, kind, caring, and helpful! "I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "We were celebrating our 41st anniversary and stayed for 5 nights back on March 22, 2025, and we were pleased with the property and the location. The area is quiet at night, but it could be a little noisy early in the morning around 7 a.m. and 8am but nothing extreme. The only thing is that the hot breakfast is always cold around 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. "

"Rooms are spacious, clean and refreshed everyday. The location/ambience was nice and serene. Not far from Modena city centre at all. Breakfast options were decent. Dinners at the restaurant were great & the sommelier was really good- she offered the best wine native to the region 😃 which I thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommend 💯."
