The house, furnished in style and equipped with every comfort, is the portion of a cottage located on the hills of the municipality of Massarosa, near the beaches of Versilia, it is ideal for spending a pleasant holiday in peace with family or friends. Upon arrival along the private road that leads to the car park, you will immediately enjoy a splendid view of the sea, lake and islands. The house is structured as follows: on the ground floor, the living area consists of a kitchen with table and chairs, (two high chairs for children available) and a sitting room with its splendid exposed brick arches and ceiling a beams is an open space where you can relax and dedicate yourself to reading ... The whole is completed by a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds with the possibility of transforming them into 1 double bed and two baby beds are also available. These rooms furnished with wardrobes, bedside tables, in wood and marble, wrought iron beds, recall the ceilings of beams with the classic Tuscan house. The whole is completed by a bathroom with shower. The garden equipped with a private above-ground swimming pool, (OPEN FROM 24/05/2025 to 11/10/2025) gazebo, sun loungers, offers our guests the opportunity to relax away from the chaos of the city, but still close to every convenience (Supermarkets , Restaurants, Bars, Banks, Post Office, Shops, Beaches ...) The suggestive pergola with table and chairs allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors using the barbeque for fabulous barbecues, enjoying a good glass of wine, or making a pleasant aperitif spending relaxing moments outdoors with an enchanting panorama. Available for the amusement of the little ones, outdoor games ..(rocking chair, slide, table with chairs) and for the older ones a brand new Table Football and Ping Pong table. The house has a parking space with two parking spaces next to the structure and a bicycle rack. This delightful property is surrounded by olive trees, from which we obtain excellent oil which we will be happy to offer you upon your arrival. In short, for a holiday made of relaxation but also of fun, sun, sea, shopping, nature walks, ... this cottage is ideal for your holidays. We will be happy to welcome you and assist you throughout your stay, we will provide you with useful information to be able to move around the area with ease and tranquility, suggesting places to visit with particular details, sports to practice and everything you need. We are waiting for you in Tuscany! Internet connection and energy consumption related to water, electricity and gas are included in the price. Final cleaning amounts to Euro 110.00. The deposit of Euro 350.00 is to be given on arrival in cash.

Great holiday
After our arrive we got a very warm welcome, Tania showed us everything in the house and something about the area, like cities, beaches, shops etc. In the house itself, everything was exactly like on the picture and very clean, if you had some problems, or questions you can also contact Tania and she helps you, recommend, or reserve a dish in a restaurant for you and gives you tips for your trips. I only can highly recommend this house to everybody, here is everything perfect, also not far away from cities and beaches and you will have really wonderful hosts. Thanks a lot to Tania and her family for this wonderful time!

Tuscan Treasure
The property is lovely, and the view is amazing. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning, and our wine in the evening. The house is spacious and attractively decorated, but comfortable; perfect after a long day of exploring Tuscany. While the winding lane up to the house is not for the faint of heart, it was beautiful driving through the olive trees. Tanya is amazing! She can accommodate any need: if she doesn't already know it, she will find it for you. The notes she provides on arrival are very detailed and unique. And we loved the meal she cooked for us! She definitely helps make your stay there a success.

Very nice place for an holiday in Tuscany!
After Tania picked us up at the supermarket and we arrived at her house, we were overwhelmed by the fantastic place with stunning views! Then a table full of delicious snacks was waiting for us; very welcome after a long car ride! We have rented several houses in the last 10 years in France, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Greece and the Netherlands, but nowhere have we been so warmly welcomed as here! We received lots of tips and information from Tania, including a whole document with all kinds of possibilities for trips etc. This was very helpful for our visits to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Bolgheri and San Gimignano as well the very near by beach. The house met our expectations, is lovingly furnished and is exactly as indicated in the ad and also very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the very lovingly landscaped and tended garden. We also enjoyed the table football and table tennis table. The family went on vacation for a week themselves, but we really didn't lack anything. We were offered delicious sweet rolls and croissants by Roberto's mother on day 3 and on day 5, when we got home, there was a whole box of delicious fruit waiting for us. In between, other people very discreetly maintained the garden and pool. In our 2nd week, Tania and Roberto did this themselves. The place is very centrally located, close to highways and there are several supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. This was a wonderful vacation for us and absolutely worth repeating!

Hill of Olive Trees
Das imposante Häuschen mit Panoramapool liegt an einer verschlungenen Straße in Mitten von Olivenbäumen der Toskana. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Gastgeberin zum Haus geleitet. Wir hatten einen recht ausführlichen Empfang mit vielen Infos zur Umgebung. Inbegriffen war ein kleiner handschriftlich verfasster „Reiseführer“ mit Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, Märkten und Aktivitäten aus der Umgebung. Außerdem wurde uns ein Begrüßungsbuffet mit lokalen Spezialitäten zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Beschreibung zum Objekt fehlt, dass die Gastgeber im Obersten Stockwerk des Hauses wohnen. Das hat uns insofern gestört, da es bis in die späten Abendstunden im hellhörigen Häuschen recht laut zuging. Das urig eingerichtete Haus ließ unter dem rustikalen Küchentisch in Kombination mit den Stühlen zu wenig Platz für unsere Beine. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen vom Flughafen angereist. Ein Stellplatz direkt am Haus war jederzeit verfügbar. Die Gastgeberin stand uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wenn etwas fehlte (z.B. Spültabs, Toilettenpapier, Küchenutensilien, Sonnenschirm), dann hatten wir es auf Anfrage spätestens am nächsten Tag frei Haus bei uns. Für uns waren die Betten leider etwas unbequem. Die Gastgeberin war jedoch sehr bemüht und hat uns mit bequemeren Kissen ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben können wir die Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der gesamten Familie. Perfekt
Bis auf die etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Zufahrt (kurvig und eng) ist nichts zu bemängeln, makellos. Die Gastgeber-Familie empfängt einen mit offenen Armen, ist jederzeit kontaktierbar und kümmert sich liebevoll um das Grundstück, wie auch um die Gäste. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch für junge Leute! !

Hervorragende Gastgeber, sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
Dieses wunderschöne Haus mit dem herrlichen Blick bis zum Meer hat uns einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub beschert! Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl, wir wurden von Tania und Greta herzlich mit leckeren Snacks begrüßt. Tania hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und für einen sehr schönen freien Strand bei Viareggio gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles und mehr da, was man ( vor allem zum Kochen und Grillen :-) ) braucht, die Bäder sind mit vielen Handtüchern, Duschgel und Shampoo ausgestattet, auch Badetücher liegen für die Liegen bereit, alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Roberto reinigt jeden Morgen den Pool und kümmert sich um den schönen Garten! Ein sehr sehenswertes Städtchen ist Pietrasanta und natürlich Lucca! Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen, vor allem auch wegen der sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber! Grazie mille per tutto!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir hatten zwei tolle Urlaubswochen, zu denen nicht zuletzt Tania und Roberto als außergewöhnlich hilfsbereite und liebenswürdige Gastgeber beigetragen haben. Das Haus ist sehr groß, ausgesprochen sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Außenbereich ist traumhaft schön mit einem malerischen Blick bis zum Meer und einem gepflegten Pool-Bereich. Die Lage ist ideal sowohl für den Besuch der schönen Strände in der Nähe (Viareggio u. a.) als auch für Städtetrips nach Lucca, Pisa, La Spezia usw. Für die Serpentinen zum Haus hätte unser Wagen gerne einen etwas geringeren Wendekreis haben dürfen ;-) . Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Einfach Klasse, ohne Einschränkung
Wir können nur volle Punktzahl vergeben, alles andere wäre unzutreffend und untertrieben. Hier passt wirklich alles. Gastfreundschaft wird sehr groß geschrieben. Am Haus passt ebenfalls alles. Die Beschreibungen in den anderen Rezensionen sind schon ausführlich und beschreiben das Domizil passend. Wir waren wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Das muss Tania und Roberto mal jemand nachmachen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem schönen Garten mitten in einem Olivenhain. Schöne Aussicht bis zum Mittelmeer und nach Pisa. Tania ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin die sich beim Einchecken sehr viel Zeit genommen hat Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. zu geben. Auch für Fragen zwischendurch war sie immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Ps. Wer es absolut ruhig benötigt ist hier wahrscheinlich falsch. Die Autobahn ist je nach Wind recht gut zu hören. Uns hat es jedoch kaum gestört und wir finden, dass die Wohnung ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bietet.

Einfach Bombastisch!
Die Beschreibung des Domizil hatte uns nicht zu viel versprochen. Wir genossen eine bombastische Woche bei Tania, Roberto und Greta! Tania holte uns wie vereinbart im Dorfladen ab. Bei der Ankunft stand bereits einen sehr grosszügigen Snack bereit. Uns wurde die gesamte Umgebung, Stand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Ausflugstipps mit einer Skizze erklärt. Nun das Haus, ich weiss gar nicht wo ich beginnen soll, denn wir kommen nicht mehr aus dem schwärmen. Die Einrichtung im Haus, lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist gigantisch ausgerüstet und die Badezimmer sind mit viel frischen Duschtücher bestückt. Selbst dass Duschmittel und Handseife stellte Tanja und Roberto bereit. Wir reisten mit unserem 10Monate alten Baby an, viel Gepäck, dies wir nicht gebraucht hätten. Das Haus verfügte über Babyphon, Kinderhochstühle, Absperrgitter, Babybett, Spielecke mit Planschtisch, Sterilisiergerät, Waschmaschine ect. Mann merkt, dass bei Tania und Roberto Kinder herzlich Willkommen sind. Das Highlight aussen! Wow, ein Traum. Es verfügt über Sonnenliegen unter einem grossen Pavion, die bereits mit Badetücher, Kissen und Sonnenhüten bereitgestellt wurden. Die Anlage und der wunderschöne Pool, wurden jeden Morgen durch Roberto gereinigt und gepflegt. Roberto hat ein wahnsinniges Flair für den Garten, der mit Liebe gestaltet ist. Am letzten Abend überraschte Tania uns zum Abschluss mit einem selbstgemachten Tiramisu! Fazit. Wow!!!!! Wir kommen wieder!!

Herzlicher Empfang und rundum Service
Das schmucke Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist top ausgestattet für gross und klein. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und die Gastgeber erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Der Gast ist König-wie wahr! Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl und alles war blitzblank sauber und in bester Qualität...einzig der Lärm der Autobahn war anfangs störend, doch nach 2 Tagen realisierte man ihn kaum mehr...die Lage am Hang ist dafür atemberaubend und dank den Olivenbäumen kommt die Ferienstimmung so richtig auf. Rosmarin, Zitronen und Feigen dürfen gepflückt werden...worauf warten Sie noch- ab ins glasklare Poolwasser- einen schönen Urlaub Ihnen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Tanja und Roberto!
Vom Empfang über die Zeit vor Ort bis zur Verabschiedung wurden wir sehr persönlich und liebevoll von den beiden umsorgt. Die beiden sind echt fantastisch! Tania hat uns in allen belangen unterstützt und mit Informationen zu Aktivitäten Restaurants etc. versorgt, die wirklich hilfreich waren. Die Fotos geben das Anwesen zwischen Olivenbäumen in Alleinlage sehr gut wieder. Der Garten war sogar größer, als ich ihn erwartet hätte. Ein Kicker war auch vor Ort, den ich nicht im Text gefunden hatte. Der Blick auf den Binnensee und das Meer ist wirklich betörend. Wir haben nichts vermisst, ganz im Gegenteil. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind super sauber bzw. top gepflegt und sehr geräumig, wir haben es sehr genossen! Circa 300 m Luftlinie deutlich unterhalb führt die Autobahn vorbei, die man zwar hört, aber wir haben das nicht als störend empfunden. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen! Auch das leckere, selbstgemachte Olivenöl von Tania und Roberto ;-) Zur Region: WIR waren eher von den Dörfern „in der zweiten Reihe“ angetan. Die Küste hat eine stark ausgeprägte touristische Infrastruktur auf gutem bis sehr gutem Niveau. Ist halt aber nicht unser Ding. Wir lieben es etwas ursprünglicher. Aber das kann man sich hier eben aussuchen, so wie man es mag. Lucca ist unschlagbar schön, wir sind verliebt! Gute Reise!

Authentisches Toskana Ambiente
Sehr schönes und großzügiges Urlaubsquartier inmitten einer tollen toskanischen Landschaft. Die Vermieter Tania und Roberto geben sich alle Mühe, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die beiden sind sehr sympathische Menschen,die viel Wert darauf legen, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohl fühlen. Zum Empfang gab es toskanische Spezialitäten, z.T. aus eigener Herstellung. Diese und viele andere nette Gesten, machten den Aufenthalt im Landhaus zu einem individuellen Urlaub, ohne Massenabfertigung. Very nice and spacious holiday accommodation in the middle of a great Tuscan landscape. The landlords Tania and Roberto make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The two are very likeable people who attach great importance to the fact that the guests feel completely at ease. At the reception there were Tuscan specialties, some of which were made in-house. Wir hatten eine Woche Ferien in diesem Ferienhaus in Massarosa gebucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Tania und Roberto sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Die Autobahn haben wir allerdings schon gehört, die Grillen haben im September wohl nicht so laut gezirpt wie in den Sommermonaten. Dies hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und dann auch gleich länger bleiben! Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön. Es ist alles sehr sauber und man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Tania und Roberto sind sehr nette Vermieter. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft waren Häppchen bereit gestellt und uns alles gezeigt und die Gegend erklärt. Jeden Tag hat Roberto den Garten und den Pool geputzt und man konnte immer bei Fragen auf die beiden zukommen. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen

Wunderschön
Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einmaliger Lage. Haus und Garten toll hergerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber-Familie vor Ort. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Alles wie beschrieben, eine sehr nette Gastgeberin die alles gut organisiert und keine Wünsche offen lasst. Empfehlenswert ist es definitiv. Gepflegt, sauber und eine traumhafte lage zu entspannen.

Wohlfühloase
Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb der Ortes Massarosa. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche, Wohnzimmer und ein Bad und im 1. Stock die 2 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad. Alles ist gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Garten lädt der Blick nicht nur zum Baden im Swimmingpool, sondern auch zum Blick über die Küste ein. Mit Fernglas (unbedingt mitnehmen!) kann man den Turm und Dom von Pisa und in der Ferne die Insel Korsika sehen. An der Fahrt zum Haus werden alle Autofahrer Freude haben, die enge, steile Serpentinen lieben. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Abendessen begrüßt. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Tania und Roberto sind unglaublich freundliche, kompetente Gastgeber und haben uns wie Freunde empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Toskana
Von Anfang an hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Dafür hat das voll ausgestattete und sehr saubere Haus, sowie die Gastgeberfamilie gesorgt. Tania hat uns mit vielen und guten Informationen und Tipps versorgt, sowie kulinarisch verwöhnt. Roberto hatte sich diskret täglich um das Haus und den Garten gekümmert. Für uns war die lage perfekt. Nach einem Ausflug konnte man im gepflegten Garten abschalten und sich im großen Pool erfrischen. Vielen Dank an Tania, Roberto und Greta für die schöne Zeit

Erholsame Ferien
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Tanja und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Kinder hatten viele Spielsachen zur Verfügung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Erholung pur für Familie mit 3 Kindern
Wir haben den Urlaub bei Tania, Roberto und Greta sehr genossen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Tania erwartet einen nicht nur eine - auch für Kleinkinder - tadellos ausgestattete, sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, sondern auch eine Gastgeberin mit viel Herz und Engagement. Bei Ankunft gab es einen kleinen Snack mit kalten Getränken, eine Führung durchs Haus und detaillierte Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandempfehlungen und vieles mehr. Auch wenn die Vermieter im Haus wohnen, wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit respektiert - das sollte also nicht abschrecken. Ich könnte noch so viel mehr Positives schreiben, aber in kurz: Diese Woche war für uns Erholung pur und wir kommen gerne wieder!
