This holiday house is located only 10 minutes from the sea. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The house is large and bright, has been recently renovated in a rustic Tuscan style and offers all the amenities you are looking for.

The living surface runs on 2 floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen with all new appliances, a bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub and the living room with sofa bed. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with its private bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is only the entrance, a lumber-room and the 5th bed.

The house has 3 terraces that offer views to the hills and the landscape of the countryside. It has covered parking, private entrance and a large garden with the swimming pool for sole use, barbecue and picnic corner.

The landlord offers you the opportunity to taste home made typical local dishes (reservation required the day before).

In the village you will find all kinds of shops that can be useful for your needs. All this without needing to use a means of transport. In addition, the owners will be happy to support you and advise you during your stay because they live nearby. Visit for example the nearby cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Collodi, Florence, Siena, Volterra, Torre del Lago, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Garfagnana. The owners will also give you the best advice for bars, restaurants, pizzerias and clubs in the area. They will help you discover a different Tuscany, the less known but the most beautiful.
