"Great place to stay with plenty of room for 10 ladies "

"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....

"Great large pool that teenagers really enjoyed, relaxing area beside pool for sunbathing, the porch was a comfortable and shaded area which we could relax on during the day and evening. There was dining space out the back perfect for our large group. Carlos was helpful with any issues we had. The power however did cut out quite a lot even when all appliances were off. The air conditioningunit did not work well on the last two nights which meant the room was very hot and was hard to sleep....

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. "From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. We had a group of 18 and had lots of space. Villa is beautiful with modern bathrooms and a nicely decorated interior. All the bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned. "Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased."

"Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back."

"We found this property to be even more charming than the pictures and description. We loved every thoughtful detail. Paul and Gema are amazing and accommodating. Always ready to help. We loved this home so much! We now have treasured memories here for which we will always be grateful. It was even difficult to get our kids to leave to go sightseeing! "We stayed at this property for a sunny week in July 2024. Communication before visit and arrival was good. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Clean and roomy. "This lovely villa in a fabulous location is let down by the poor maintenance and inadequate supplies. Several light bulbs need replacing; the aircon units are extremely dusty, blowing detritus into the room when first turned on; flush on downstairs loo doesn't always shut off and we had to buy a knife sharpener to get useable knives. Plus this is the first time we've arrived at a self-catering property – and we've done lots – with no supplies in the kitchen; nada: no condiments, no welcome...

"This house is just perfect! It has everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant holiday in Spain. Rosa María and Javier are the most welcoming hosts you can imagine, they made our stay become a wonderful experience. "We had the nicest experience here! When we checked the lady was so lovely. She was kind, attentive and helpful. She also upgraded us to a beautiful suite! It was amazing! Beautiful views of the city and lights! There is a beautiful Sky Bar on the rooftop! We highly recommend this hotel! "
