Just 3 bedrooms, but beautifully appointed and with an amazingly comfortable bed! Breakfasts were extraordinary- different every day, but similar in that they were perfectly prepared with delicious fresh local produce. The property is literally on the bank of the Canal du Midi, 1 minute walk from the train station, a few minutes into town and 15 minutes walk to the Cite. But it was still quiet and peaceful. Katy and Olivier make you feel so at home and were full of recommendations on what to do, where to eat and how to have a great time in beautiful Carcassonne, which we certainly did. I would not hesitate to book again and look forward to doing so!"

"Great location, perfectly situated in between the old and new city! Beautiful stroll through the new city ( which is about 800 years old) will take you from the gare to the hotel. From the hotel, an awesome walk over the vieux pont will take you to the old city and the chateau comtal. Keep in mind, rooms are very small and so are the bathrooms. But it is well kept and clean. Dont expect a lot amenities in the room. But there is hot water available in the lobby. The hotel over looks the pretty Gambetta Square and is a stone's throw from the Art Gallery which is free."

" I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a parking spot. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay.
