A small-to-medium-sized car is recommended due to the narrow road leading to the property.

The Space:
DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Villa Aprea is spread over three floors, connected by a staircase. The main entrance of this country-style villa leads into a spacious living area with terracotta floorings, large sofas gathered around a rustic fireplace, opening to a vaulted terrace with lounging furniture and breathtaking sea views, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. To the left of the main entrance, a spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom features bespoke furnishings. The hallway leads to a service bathroom.

Stairs lead down to the ground floor to an intimate living and dining area with a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a king-size bedroom, and a bathroom.

On the first floor are two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one larger king-size bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoors: Villa Aprea has a main gate entrance leading to the outdoor areas surrounded by olive groves and lush Mediterranean gardens. The terrace features a pergola with an outdoor kitchen area, a pizza oven, and a barbecue, as well as a dining and sitting area for al fresco dining. Right in front of the property leads a fabulous lawn for endless sunbathing with a private pool offering breathtaking sea views.
The property is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs due to the stairway leading to the floors throughout the property.

Situated in Via Tore Al Deserto, Villa Aprea offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby town of Sant'Agata with local shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi serves as an ideal base for discovering the attractions of the region. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located 7 kilometers away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is easily accessible from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, located approximately 15 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 12 kilometers away.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
