450 m from the sea, in the pine wood of Ronchi - Marina di Massa is this Holiday Villa located of about 220 smq with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. For 10 people.

This Vacation Villa is within a 8000 sqm private Park completely enclosed and fenced. Green nature and silence surrounds you.

The entrance gate is automatic and has plenty of space to maneuver and for parking the cars.

The House is surrounded by a terrace created recently, on which, on the back, there are gazebos for having lunch and dinner outdoor by cooking on the nearby barbecue.

A small pond gives a magical touch to the place. The area is extremely cool in summer.

Your Pets are of course welcome and have a lot of space at their disposal.

This holiday villa is perfect for a sea vacation since it easy to reach by foot or you can rent bicycles at the nearby rental.

Wer für einen Sommerurlaub eine urige alte italienische Villa sucht, wird hier fündig und glücklich. Wunderschönes Haus mit altem Charme und riesigem Außengelände. Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Kleinstadttrubels von Massa in einer wohlhabenderen Gegend und außer am Wochenende sehr ruhig. Praktisch ist auch, dass der 5 Gehminuten entfernte Strand ein kostenfreier Strand ist, der in unserer Aufenthaltszeit vom 09.09.- 23.09. leergefegt war. Alle sehenswürdigen Orte (Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, etc.) sind in unter einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man sollte keine geleckte moderne Villa erwarten, aber die Ausstattung dieses alten Hauses hat uns bei unseren 2 Wochen Aufenthalt voll überzeugt. Ian ist ein sehr netter, deutschsprachiger Gastgeber und wer sich vorher mit allen im Inserat aufgeführten Zusatzkosten auseinandersetzt, wird von nichts überrascht und kann im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei diesem Haus nichts falsch machen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir wurden unkompliziert empfangen, das Haus ist sehr gross und der Garten eindrücklich, naturbelassen und mit Schaukeln und Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Bei kühlem Wetter werden die Nächte schon ziemlich kalt und die vorhandenen Wolldecken werden benötigt.

Grandiose Lage, großes Haus, perfekt für 10 Personen, riesiger Garten mit vielen Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten, nah am Strand, alles ist zu Fuß und Rad leicht zu erreichen Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Lucca und Pisa. Ian organisiert die Ankunft und Abreise sehr angenehm und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
