Holiday House in Poveromo (Marina di Massa) for 5 people with private garden at 650 meters from the sea.

The holiday home is immersed in the green area called Poveromo and a few steps from the sea, which can also be easily reached with the two bicycles provided.

Il Marinaio offers you all the comforts, such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi internet connection and a Smart TV.

The garden, completely private and fenced, offers 1 parking space and is divided into two areas:
- Front: lawn with flowers and terrace in front of the house with seating for relaxing.
- Rear: veranda with dining table, another part of the garden and barbecue for cooking grilled dishes.

Your 4-legged friends are welcome.

In front of the house there is a hotel and around it there are several houses used during the summer. The house is a semi-detached portion.

Nie wieder! Sehr ungepflegter Garten und Terasse!
Haus einigermaßen sauber, Schlafzimmer ist nichts für Hausstauballergiker, viele alte Bücher, nach altem Holz riechende Einbauschränke. Der Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt und nicht nutzbar! Stühle auf beiden Terrassen kaputt, verdreckt von Pollen und Vogeldreck. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, das wäre so, man könne ja sonst jede Stunde putzen. Auf der hinteren Terasse stand bei Ankunft noch ein Wäscheständer mit Wäsche. Terassenfliesen kaputt, kein Staubsauger im Haus vorhanden, sodass es noch nichtmal möglich war selbst zwischendurch zu reinigen. Aufgrund des ungepflegten Gartens ist es nicht möglich vom Auto ins Haus zu gelangen ohne viel Schmutz und Dreck (Erde/Sand) hinein zu tragen. Man parkt nur auf sandiger Erde, kein gepflasterer Einstellplatz oder vernünftiger Gehweg vom Auto zum Haus. Sind nach einer Woche abgereist.

Nel complesso bello
Casa bella, zona un po’ isolata. Positivo per passeggiata con il cane in pineta, negativo per distanza da negozi e centro. Comodissime le biciclette in dotazione. Cucina ben attrezzata, armadio delle camere praticamente inutilizzabile perché stipato con lettino da campeggio ecc in compenso tanti cassetti disponibili
