"The property was ideal and as described. The only things we could have used was a fan and more mosquito spray! We were walking distance to the butterfly garden which was spectacular as well as a chairlift going up the mountain for a waterfall tour. It was farther into town than walking distance and ..."

Ana, the hotel manager is amazing. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. Her customer service is stellar. Víctor, the manager of the guides, also provided wonderful customer service. Guides Jacquie and Manolo were awesome.
