Beachfront Location: Direct access to John’s Pond with a sandy beach, close to Falmouth, Martha’s Vineyard, and Hyannis.

Group Friendly & Amenities: Rent up to 4 units, each for 4 guests. Enjoy canoes, a communal beach area with kayaks, canoes, a picnic table, BBQ/fire pit, and chairs. Perfect for larger parties!

Unit 4 features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is additional space just behind the living room, and you have direct access to the waterfront from the entrance.

Absolutely Perfect!!!
Such a wonderful place to stay. The lake was gorgeous and our host had set us up with everything we could need to enjoy it - paddle board, kayaks, tiki torches and more. The house was also wonderfully stocked with everything we could want from necessities to games. Wonderful time and can’t wait to go back.

What a perfect location for a little family getaway. It was close to everything we needed to recharge our batteries. Beaches, shopping, golf and resteraunts all closeby. It was great to be able to start and end each day by the lake.
