Beachfront Location: Direct access to John’s Pond with a sandy beach, close to Falmouth, Martha’s Vineyard, and Hyannis.

Unit 3 features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is additional space just behind the living room, and you have direct access to the waterfront from the entrance.

Great location
The location of this Mashpee house was great and we enjoyed access to the 'beach' and all the water crafts they had available. Plenty of room for the two of us and could easily accommodate two more.

Really fun location!
The house was great. We had an issuein that we were moved from the original unit we booked and were told it was exactly the same, but there was one less bed than what we paid for. The beach was a lot of fun, our dog and ourson had a blast paddle boarding, kayaking and fetching tennis balls. We were close to good restaurants (O'Neills is great for breakfast) and grocery stores. We drove to Falmouth for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and that was only about 20 minutes away. We had a lot of fun, we would stay here again, for sure.
