"I thought these were two adjoining apartments for all 9 of us to stay. I was expecting a kitchen we could share and a balcony. Not easily accessible from City Center; we took the 534 bus and then had to get a taxi the rest of the way, 90euros for 2 taxis. Our airport transfer was 120euros for 2 taxis. "This hotel was very nice - it was very clean, very modern decor. The amenities were very nice, the breakfast was excellent. It was close to the Mt Etna tour which we took. Small drawbacks were a lack of blankets in the room, and the staff did not speak a lot of English. That was fine, we worked it out, but it was noticeable. I would definitely stay here again."

"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."
