Ample angular two-rooms apartment really "seafront" totally furnished and well-equipped, only 50 meters from the Ionian sea, located within the Residence "Le Ancore" on the seafront of Sant'Anna di Mascali, with private parking space and panoramic terrace (Beach, Etna , Taormina).

The apartment (five beds) has a double bedroom, large living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and TV), bathroom with shower and washing machine, relaxing terrace seafront with folding tent. The panoramic terrace above has a gazebo, shower, deckchairs, barbecue and table 8 seats.

Ottima la posizione e le viste, da migliorare gli interni e la pulizia.
L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, la spiaggia è di fronte, basta percorrere 50 metri a piedi, la stessa è visibile dal terrazzino dell'appartamento, inoltre si trova vicino a Fondachello, a Riposto ed a Mascali, i primi due raggiungibili a piedi, La prima spiaggia libera di Fondachello è raggiungibile in circa 7-8 minuti a piedi, il centro di Riposto in 5-6 minuti, in quest'ultimo è possibile trovare di tutto, ma soprattutto del pesce freschissimo di mattina, per la presenza del porto. Mascali è forse più grande di Riposto. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano ed a disposizione avevamo anche il terrazzo di copertura dove vi era un piccolo barbecue, un lavatoio, una doccia, un tavolo, varie sedie e 3 sedie a sdraio, da questo terrazzo si può ammirare l'Etna. La casa può accogliere 5 persone, ma solo le due della camera matrimoniale hanno un letto, vi è poi un divano von letto alla francese in soggiorno ed un divano letto singolo in una stanzetta che fa da disimpegno tra il soggiorno e la zona notte, in pratica si accede a questa stanzetta per poi accedere alla camera da letto ed al bagno, ne consegue che questa stanzetta è poco arieggiata oltre ad essere piccola e di passaggio. Bisogna tenere conto che i divani non sono comodi come i letti. Altra nota positiva è la presenza di ben tre ventilatori di cui uno a soffitto. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato il Sig. Domenico che ci ha accolto con cortesia, ha risolto velocemente un piccolo problema presentatosi ed ha esaudito rapidamente un paio di richieste. Nel complesso bene, ma non ho dato 5 stelle poiché vi sono i seguenti aspetti da migliorare: - La pulizia, purtroppo i cassetti non erano puliti, so che vi è poco tempo per pulire, ma ... - La casa è poco curata, la tinta, porte ed ante esterne che non si chiudono bene, porta del bagno rovinata in basso ed altre piccoli difetti. - Il condizionatore si trova solo in camera da letto, come in quasi tutte le case che ho valutato vi è un solo condizionatore, va da se che il soggiorno era caldo anche per dormirci di notte. - Non vi sono luci sul piano cottura né panni per sciugare le pentole. Come si può vedere nulla di grave, ma sono i motivi per cui non ho dato il massimo.
