"I used to stay there for two weeks in December 2019.actually I always stayed north station holiday inn when I went back to my hometown. There was a supermarket nearby. So many Supermarkets in the city shout down after COVID-19. Employees seem not familiar to process checking in for travelers of overseas. I booked 6 nights on websites . I was told there were no south window room because people coming for meeting. I was sent to a room with three big windows towards northwest corner. I walked away and requested for refund. I back to US yesterday, it has been 10days haven’t received refund yet. They took a few seconds to charge, taking unlimited time to return. "

"Great service. Knowing it’s my parents’ 77th birthday, the staff presented a fruit plate given we checked in late and bakery is closed that they couldn’t present a cake. Very much appreciated the ease of checking in and out and nice amenities. "

"I frequently stay at this hotel because the price matches the quality. Good service and always efficient. The property is older than the other 5 star hotels but it’s maintained well and I always sleep comfortably. Alice Li was especially accommodating in the breakfast buffet. Great selection of Chinese dishes as well as American food. Terry also proved to be a great help at the buffet. Very pleased with my stay. "

"Solid 4-star property. Very clean, and the rooms were elegant and fresh. Clean carpet and no deodorizing spray. Bathrooms had a modern appeal with a rustic wood trim. Glass panels kept the floor open. The breakfast buffet was A . Even included Swiss cheese in the deli platters. Something to eat for every pallet. The lounge is relatively ordinary. The ambiance of the club lounge was quiet, but the entrees are not kept hot enough for food safety purposes. I’ve been here over 11 times and the lounge experience continues to struggle. Colleagues and I got a bit ill in the past eating there, and I keep hoping they would improve the quality control of the entrees at the lounge buffet. Also there is now towels in the lounge restrooms. Overall I still recommend. It’s a good hotel for business travelers and it’s close to the underground boutique shopping tunnel. The staff here don’t really speak much English so speak slowly and they’ll try their best to help. The staff are good people here. "

"Nice and clean. Located at shopping center. The only problem is the water for bath tub had black impurity. So i cannt use tub."
