The check in staff where awesome and accommodating. Chasity had to be the sweetiest and most knowledgeable front desk operator i have ever worked with, she made our check in and check out easy and even got my family set up with an additional unplanned nights stay. 5 stars is not enough for her guest service skills. Will stay here again

Room was clean and comfortable, but small and needed touch-ups, to paint and cabinetry. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was adequate to good, depends on what you’re wanting! Staff is amazing, from front desk to cleaners to breakfast person.

It was very good. Unfortunately, I noticed that people smoke next to the AC unit outside so the smoke ends up going into the rooms. But, after having left the window open and yes, we turned the AC off, the smell disappeared. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very professional, very kind and made sure they'd help if ever there were any sort of problem. I certainly would go back.

The Americas Best Value Inn exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. The room was clean as expected. The morning breakfast was very nice for price point of the room. Overall our stay was very nice, would stay again for our next visit.

Front desk was not very friendly. Mold in shower. Room smelt horrible. White yucky stuff on comforter. 😬 breakfast not very good and area not very clean.

Good value for the money
It was clean and quiet, and the desk clerks were professional and polite. It appears to be in a safe neighborhood. The drink vending machine selection wasn't great, but the machine did work. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They provide free breakfast, but we overslept it, so I can't rate it.

The only thing I would want to change is the breakfast and the tv options.The breakfast options weren't that great. No streaming options on the tv the cable or whatever they had sucked. But the room was great and clean.
