"I liked there"

"This was our first time staying here and I would stay again! This is a beautiful hotel and everyone was so nice and friendly! The hotel is busy and there are things to do around the area. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel at the end of our night and hanging at the lobby/bar area to playing cards with friends and enjoying drinks. The only negative was the morning shower did not have hot water, so it was a quick shower. I still would come back! "

"I booked a multi bed suite but was a regular single bed room. I was told the room I booked was being worked on but was not told this before checking in. I asked about a refund for the cost difference of the rooms and was told there wasn't one. Our host was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed our stay, but I wish I had been told before arriving that I didn't have the room that I booked and paid for online."
