Downstairs you'll have a kayak storage room, and another bedroom that will sleep 3 if needed. This bedroom naturally stays cool in the summer. Upstairs you can walk out to one of the 2 trex decks where you can sit and an enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. On the lower deck you'll find an outdoor dining table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. You have a very private yard which is great for well trained dogs and then a staircase down to the lake where you can enjoy your own private dock. Great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing.
