"We had a great long weekend in Oct/Nov. The village is fantastic with a traditional butcher, farm shop and amazing cafe, all on a lovely high street. A wonderful park across the road which the dog loved. Lots of amazing walks nearby. The flat was cosy and there were some lovely treats on arrival. Great for dog owners too. "

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"Absolutely fabulous apartment. Everything in it we needed plus plus. Very clean and everything worked. Richard was very communicative and suggested things to do, places to eat etc etc. The only negative was that it was on a busy street and therefore very noisy during the day."

"We really enjoyed our break in Arbroath. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and provided all of the facilities we could have asked for with a few very kind and thoughtful extras added. "I booked this through expedia had confirmation of the booking and money taken from my account. I turned up to property and no one was there or had given me the code to the lockbox. Tried to contact the host several times and no answer. "Dirty apartment. Dated and misleading from pictures online, loads of cupboard and doors have padlocks on them dust everywhere and beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere outside the property. Wallpaper bubbling badly and stains on ceiling. Waste of money didnt end up staying and being there 5 mins and had been bitten by something. Owners lack of communication and denied a refund. More like a crackhouse than a holiday destination. "
