Our room, although small, was quite commodious and had historic traditional Portuguese furniture. Our dinner and breakfast were most enjoyable, although the dinner was not “gourmet”. "So much was excellent. The value for money is spot on and even though the restaurant is pricey for Portugal, it's still very good value. Breakfast was far more than we'd expected, especially after some poor offerings elsewhere. Fresh cake, cereal, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, yoghurt, fruit, juice, etc. Only suggestion to Sever would be to tidy it up a bit in places - outside litter pick, replace odd bits of tatty furniture (our bed frame and one shelf), strengthen the WiFi...
