"I have stayed here a number of times while visiting family. While it is in the heart of the city square it’s not easy to get to via car as most of the roads leading close to the hotel are closed. There are no safes in the room, rooms did not have ironing boards or irons. The comforters barely cover beds. My mom and sister stayed at other hotels in the city and both were far better experiences. Nice quality comforters and pillow."

"The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the mountains it had a real country feeling. Only problem we had was the temperature in the room was to warm and the hotel could not fix the problem."

"Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. "Friendly welcome, lovely clean hotel with good a/c (it's 40°c outside!). Easy walk to old town. Nice fresh bread at breakfast 🙂 Slow process for check-in & Casino access, lots of paperwork. REALLY noisy cleaners at 8:00am, not restful!"

"We had a lovey time staying at Ivanovci. The house is beautiful and very well looked after. Our children especially loved the pool. We enjoyed fishing at a nearby lake and had an amazing meal at Zeleni Gaj and would definitely recommend. Thank you."

"Three hotels in one, little complicated to find which one your in but turns out they all have same desk just different towers. Its a spa resort, little dated decor. room was little small but good enough. Breakfast buffet was massive and good. "

"Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep Thank you "
