The apartment, completely renovated, is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building equipped with a lift.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, the living room has access to the balcony equipped with table and chairs from where you can enjoy a splendid sea view. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
The apartment is practically on the beach as crossing the road you are already under an umbrella or in the water to swim.
From the balcony you can enjoy an enchanting sea view, a communal garden with benches where you can chat and enjoy the sea / beach view.
Nearby there are shops of all kinds, well-equipped chalets, restaurants / pizzerias on the beach, ice cream parlors .... Ideal place for families with children. Crossing the road you are immediately on the beach. The sea has a shallow and sandy bottom suitable for the smallest and older people. The promenade has a beautiful cycle path that connects it to both Martinsicuro and Alba Adriatica through a brand new wooden pier, for a total of about 25km. Bike lovers will appreciate it very much.
You can move on foot or by bicycle because everything is within reach.
