"This property was fantastic! The location was super convenient with lots to do nearby, and it was close to the university. The place itself was modern, clean, and really comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. Plus, the amenities were great – we had everything we needed. The house served as the perfect backdrop for all the incredible memories that were made there for me and my family! Highly recommend this spot!"

"We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!"
